Pilgrim International Church exists to glorify God by proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ, building a community rooted in His Word, and seeking the renewal of all things in Him. We long to see flourishing relationships, vibrant artistic and intellectual life, and a community transformed by love, truth, and grace. For believers, we offer a place to grow in faith and understanding and to find encouragement for the journey. For seekers, we invite you to discover the hope, purpose, and beauty found in Jesus as we walk together toward His promised New Creation.

A Lamp Unto Our Feet and a Light Unto Our Path
At Pilgrim International Church, Scripture stands at the heart of everything we believe, teach, and practice. As the Westminster Confession of Faith states, “The whole counsel of God, concerning all things necessary for His own glory, man’s salvation, faith, and life, is either expressly set down in Scripture, or by good and necessary consequence may be deduced from Scripture.” The Bible is our guide for faith and life, illuminating our path as a warm lamp in the darkness.
The Heidelberg Catechism teaches us that Scripture reveals the true God and His will for our lives, providing comfort and assurance of His promises. Through its pages, we encounter the living Word, Jesus Christ, who calls us to a life of worship, obedience, and love.
Our worship is centered around the reading, preaching, and singing of God’s Word, and we strive to be a community shaped by Scripture, bringing its light to the people of Braga and beyond. On our Christian pilgrimage, God’s word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path (Ps. 119:105)
