Start with Worship
The best way to begin is by joining us for worship on a Sunday morning. We gather each week to hear God’s Word, sing praises, pray together, and partake of the sacraments. Our worship is simple yet profound, rooted in the ordinary means of grace that God has given to His people. We can’t wait to meet you and worship together as a community.

Get to Know Us
Becoming part of Pilgrim International Church is more than attending a service; it’s about building relationships. After worship, stay for fellowship and introduce yourself. Then come back! As you spend more time with us, you’ll get to know our community and experience the love of Christ through His people.
Join a Small Group or Prayer Meeting
During the week, we gather in smaller groups for Bible study, prayer, and fellowship. These gatherings are a great way to deepen your faith and develop meaningful friendships. Our small groups meet in homes or other comfortable settings, and our prayer meetings provide a focused time to seek God’s guidance and blessing for our church and the city of Braga.
Serve in Outreach and Service Projects
At Pilgrim International Church, we are committed to sharing God’s love with Braga and beyond. We organize outreach events and service projects to bless our community, and we’d love for you to join us. Whether it’s volunteering at a local charity, hosting an event, or supporting those in need, there are many ways to make an impact.

Discover and Use Your Spiritual Gifts
Every believer has been given spiritual gifts by God for the building up of the church. As the Apostle Paul writes, “To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good” (1 Corinthians 12:7). These gifts are diverse, ranging from teaching and leadership to mercy, hospitality, and more.
We encourage you to prayerfully discover your gifts and put them to use for God’s glory. “As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace” (1 Peter 4:10). When you serve with the gifts God has given you, not only is the church strengthened, but you will also grow in joy and purpose. Let us help you identify and develop your gifts so that together we can build up the body of Christ.
Grow in Responsibility and Service
As you become more connected to our church, you’ll discover opportunities to use your spiritual gifts for the glory of God and the good of His people. Perhaps you’d like to host or lead a small group, assist with music, or help with church maintenance. Each role, big or small, is an important part of our life together.
Elders and Deacons: Called to Serve
We also need godly men to serve as elders and deacons. Elders are responsible for shepherding the church, providing spiritual oversight, and ensuring that Christ’s flock is cared for and nourished by the Word of God. Deacons are called to a ministry of mercy, meeting practical needs within the church and extending Christ’s compassion to the wider community. Both roles are vital to the health and growth of our church, and they require a heart for service, spiritual maturity, and a desire to honor God in all things.
